The Sloshedbuckler™
Based on 17th-century flintlock pistols, the Sloshedbuckler CORKBO™ features zinc and stainless steel hardware and a virtually indestructible spring steel bow prod. The pistol stock is typically made of ebony and paduk, and is finished with multiple applications of hand-rubbed teak oil. A decorative inlay graces the cork channel rails, and the side plate features a grape-leaf motif. More than just a work of art, the Sloshedbuckler is fully functional and intended to be used for generations to come. Every Sloshedbuckler is signed and numbered by the artist and comes with its own presentation case. Because each CORKBO™ and case is handmade, the design may vary slightly. []
$1,500 with case, plus shipping and sales tax. (Bow only, $1,000 plus shipping and tax.)
